VPNLP Service Terms

Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 2026

This policy explains how VPNLP handles data while providing cross-border network acceleration, a user panel, and related support. Processing is limited to delivering subscriptions, maintaining routes, completing orders, troubleshooting faults, and protecting accounts. Using this website or the user panel means you have read this policy.

Data Collected and Processing Purposes

An email address is not required for registration; an account can be created with a username and password. VPNLP therefore does not make an email address a registration requirement. Account data mainly includes the username, protected authentication information, subscription status, traffic usage, and necessary account activity records. These are used for login verification, plan delivery, usage calculations, and account security.

When you purchase a subscription or traffic package, the system stores order details, payment due and completion status, payment channel, transaction reference information, and refund results. These records are used to confirm payment, activate service, reconcile accounts, and handle disputes. When you visit this website, the server may also process basic access statistics such as network address, browser type, access time, requested pages, and error status to identify abnormal requests, analyze page failures, and improve site performance.

When you submit a ticket, its content, attachments, handling progress, and linked account information are saved so that issues can be identified and the same request can be handled continuously. Please do not submit identity documents, payment credentials, or other sensitive content unrelated to the issue.

No-Logs Position and Connection Information

VPNLP does not record which websites users visit, or retain web content, search content, message content, or browsing history that could be used to reconstruct specific browsing activity. Route nodes do not create browsing logs for advertising analytics or user profiling.

To complete connections, calculate plan traffic, limit abnormal use, and handle route faults, the system may temporarily process operational information such as connection status, route node, fault codes, session start and end status, and traffic consumption. This information is not used to identify specific content visited. It is retained only as long as needed for service delivery, troubleshooting, or security handling; once the purpose is complete, it is deleted, aggregated, or de-identified. VPNLP does not create connection records that can permanently reconstruct a user's browsing activity.

When ticket troubleshooting is involved, only diagnostic information directly related to the issue enters the processing scope. After troubleshooting ends, diagnostic materials are cleared as needed. The ticket itself may remain as a support record until the account is deleted, a dispute is resolved, or continued retention is no longer necessary.

Cookies and Local Storage

This website and the user panel may use cookies or browser local storage to save login status, interface language, necessary security markers, and functional preferences. This data is used to maintain sessions, restore page state, and reduce repeated actions; it is not used to sell user information.

Browsers generally allow you to view, clear, or restrict cookies and local storage. After clearing them, login status and some preferences may stop working, requiring you to log in again or select the relevant settings again. To keep account functions working properly, data used for authentication and security must remain enabled while using the user panel.

Payments and Third-Party Processing

This website supports Alipay, WeChat Pay, and USDT. Payment instructions are processed by the relevant payment service or blockchain network, whose data practices are determined by the applicable provider. VPNLP receives only the result information needed to complete orders, confirm receipt, process refunds, and review unusual transactions. Users are not asked to submit payment passwords or similar credentials through tickets.

Payment providers may process account identifiers, transaction information, device information, or risk-control data under their own rules. Before using a payment method, you should read the privacy rules of its provider. When transaction proof is needed for payment verification, please cover information unrelated to this order.

Data Retention, Access, and Deletion

Account information is retained while the account is active so that subscriptions and support can be provided. Order and refund records are retained for as long as needed to complete transactions, reconcile finances, handle disputes, and meet applicable obligations. Access statistics and security records are kept only until analysis, troubleshooting, or risk handling is complete and are not retained longer for marketing purposes.

Users can view available account and order information through the user panel. To correct account information, delete ticket attachments, or request account deletion, visit the user panel to submit a ticket. To prevent someone else from acting on your behalf, account control and relevant order status may need to be verified before a deletion request is processed.

After an account is deleted, data unrelated to continued service will be deleted or de-identified. Records within a payment dispute, refund process, security investigation, or legally required retention period will be cleared after the relevant purpose ends. Data saved in the browser must be cleared by the user on the local device.

Policy Updates and Scope

This policy applies to the VPNLP website, user panel, international route subscriptions, and ticket support. Third-party payment pages, operating systems, and external services are governed by their own rules and are outside the direct processing scope of this website.

When the policy changes because of service processes, technical measures, or applicable requirements, the updated text will be published on this page and the last-updated date at the top will be changed. Important changes involving processing purposes or user rights will be explained through visible notices on the site. You should review the latest version before continuing to use the service.
